DTH Impactor
The down-the-hole impactor is a device that uses compressed air as power to impact the drill bit to break the rock through the reciprocating motion of the piston in the impactor. DTH impactor belongs to the working device of down-the-hole drill. According to the working pressure of the impactor, it can be divided into three types: low wind pressure impactor (working pressure is 0.5~0.7Mpa), medium wind pressure (0.7~1.2Mpa) and high wind pressure impactor (above 1.2Mpa). According to the air distribution mode and structural characteristics of the impactor, it can be divided into valve and valve-free types. According to the formation of the central through hole of the DTH impactor, it can be divided into ordinary DTH impactor and reverse circulation DTH impactor. It is widely used in large-scale open-pit mines, underground ore mining, anchoring engineering, quarrying and rock drilling, water well geothermal mining, construction engineering rock drilling and large-scale engineering construction.
